Before entering Hoff & Leigh, Cole worked as a farmhand at a local winery and vineyard crafting estate wines, managed greenhouse operations and new crop germination at an organic farm on Maui, and founded Sol Greens, a Cleveland-based indoor farm that supplied restaurants and homes with year-round organic produce. Later partnering with a private group to develop premium multi-tenant industrial flex space in Ohio. His early experience with hands-on operations, marketing, and system design gave him a strong foundation in project management and client service.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Cole brings local insight and an energetic, hands-on approach to every deal. Outside of work, he’s passionate about his family, gardening, traveling, and building Cleveland's business community.
